Laser cutter for metal
A laser cutter for metal gives your shop more control over sheet and plate work. Match the bed, power and loading setup to the parts you make each shift.
Start with FORGE for open-bed access or TITAN for enclosed shuttle tables. Compare VULCAN and BRONTES for fast moves between cuts, or SCOUT for a compact enclosed bed.

Fit the sheets you buy
FORGE starts with a 3050 × 1530 mm work area and offers larger beds. Choose the table around your sheet size and longest parts.
Keep the next sheet ready
TITAN's shuttle tables let your crew load one pallet while the other cuts. Reduce waiting between sheets.
Shorten moves between cuts
BRONTES 3015 lists 4 G acceleration and 200 m/min running speed. Fast moves help on nests with many short cuts; running speed is not cutting speed.
Make room for enclosed cutting
SCOUT 1530 puts a 3060 × 1530 mm cutting area inside a compact, fully guarded machine. Power ranges from 1.5-12 kW.
Swap sheets sooner
VULCAN 3015 lists table exchange times of 19-25 seconds. Its enclosed 3100 × 1550 mm work area serves 5x10 sheet work.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
What metals can these fiber lasers cut?+
These sheet lasers list carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, brass and copper. The power and process must suit the grade and thickness. Use the cut chart for listed carbon steel, stainless and aluminum speeds.
How much laser power do I need for metal cutting?+
Choose power from the material and thickness you cut most, then check the pace you need. The cut chart gives reference speeds from 3-40 kW. Its thickest listed row is a starting point for review, not a promise of daily output.
Should I buy an open-bed or enclosed laser?+
Choose an open bed for direct table access, or an enclosed machine when a guarded cutting area fits your workflow. FORGE has an open bed. TITAN adds a full enclosure and shuttle tables so loading can overlap cutting.
Is running speed the same as cutting speed?+
Running speed measures machine motion and is not the speed at which every metal can be cut. Cutting speed depends on the material, thickness, gas and setup. Use the cut chart when comparing cutting rates.
What checks take place before the laser ships?+
Each machine goes through 13 QC checks, including a 72-hour run-in and a 12-hour cutting test. Checks also cover the frame, rails and axis accuracy. Manuals, wiring diagrams and cut tables ship with the machine.
