Keep sheets moving
Sheet metal laser cutter
A sheet metal laser cutter can turn more of your shift into finished parts when cutting and loading work together. Choose the table and power around your common sheet sizes and daily part mix.
TITAN offers enclosed shuttle tables, while FORGE gives direct open-bed access. Add sheet handling matched to the machine to reduce the work your crew does between cuts.

Overlap loading and cutting
TITAN cuts on one pallet while your crew loads the other. Shuttle tables help keep the next sheet ready.
Reach the open table
FORGE has an open bed and removable table sections. Choose from work areas starting at 3050 × 1530 mm.
Reduce table wait
VULCAN 3015 lists a 19-25 second table exchange. Its 2 G acceleration helps shorten moves between cuts.
Put less work into lifting
LIFT uses vacuum cups to place sheets on the laser table. Its 3015 and 4020 models fit different sheet sizes and thickness ranges.
Store stock beside the laser
TOWER offers 6, 8 or 10 shelves with loading and unloading. A matched layout can feed one laser or several.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
What table size should I choose for sheet metal?+
Choose a work area that fits your stock sheets and largest nested parts. FORGE 3015 and TITAN 3015 each list 3050 × 1530 mm. Larger models provide more room for bigger sheets and long parts.
How does a shuttle table help production?+
A shuttle table lets loading and unloading take place while the other pallet cuts. TITAN uses this layout to reduce waiting between sheets. The benefit depends on how long your nests and loading tasks take.
Can I add automatic sheet loading?+
Sheet loading options are listed for FORGE, TITAN and VULCAN. LIFT covers 3015 and 4020 formats, while TOWER combines storage with loading and unloading. Match the loader's sheet size, weight and thickness limits to the job.
Does a larger laser bed mean the loader can carry larger sheets?+
The loader has its own size and load limits, separate from the laser bed. For example, LIFT 4020 models list a maximum sheet size of 4000 × 2000 mm and thickness of 0.8-8 mm. Check the exact loader model before planning the line.
Which sheet laser works when floor space is limited?+
FORGE is worth comparing when direct access and a compact open-bed layout suit the shop. FORGE 3015 lists a footprint of 4600 × 2600 × 2100 mm. Allow additional space for stock, handling and service when planning its position.
