Is CLEAR a pulsed or CW laser cleaner?+
CLEAR is a continuous-wave, or CW, fiber laser cleaner at 1080 nm. It is listed for rust, paint, oil and grease, oxide and scale, and weld discoloration. Review the base metal and heat limits for the job.
What cleaning rates does CLEAR list?+
CLEAR 1500 lists 8-40 m²/h, CLEAR 2000 lists 10-60 m²/h and CLEAR 3000 lists 20-80 m²/h. The models offer 1500 W, 2000 W and 3000 W, respectively. The layer, surface and settings affect the actual cleaning rate.
What warranty comes with CLEAR?+
CLEAR has a 2-year warranty because all listed laser powers are at or below 12 kW. The range covers 1.5, 2 and 3 kW. Dual-temperature cooling helps keep output steady during cleaning.
